We founded InnoTime Hungary Kft. in March 2018, utilizing the experience and innovation skills accumulated over the past decades. Currently, creative planning and implementation are taking place together with our partner companies, so we can provide the highest level of services in solving the tasks we undertake.
The director: Csaba Kedves
The owner and managing director of the company, Csaba Kedves, has two decades of experience in the field of development programs, and has participated in the creative planning, implementation and operation of numerous projects.
With extensive experience in development policy and creative planning, his interests focus on the practical utilization of innovative cultural-themed interpretation tools and future IT solutions. In addition to innovative solutions, the main focus of his interest is tourism quality management, which offers complex solutions to tourist attractions and businesses: situation exploration and situation analysis are always complemented by a pragmatic action plan, offering a complete solution to the challenges determined by the market competition situation and the labor shortage.

She has nearly two decades of practical tourism experience. In 2019 she received the Imre Papp Jr. Memorial Award for Tourism Profession Exemplary.
As a destination development specialist, she led the tourism organizations in Tokaj and Miskolc, as the head of the latter tourism organization, she did a lot to double the number of guest nights in Miskolc in five years, and to reposition the city in the domestic and international tourism market. From 2017, as the operator of the attractions and accommodations of the Bükki National Park Administration, she implemented a number of small and large developments and achieved a traffic increase of about 50%. In the same place, he participated in the launch of 3 new attractions and two new accommodations in 3 years.
In the field of marketing and communication, in recent years he has been the developer and implementer of numerous nationally awarded campaigns, and his unique tools and methods draw attention to the area he manages from time to time.
InnoTime Hungary is more than a company, rather it is a friendly association of tourism and development professionals whose goal is to implement projects based on SMART and other innovative tools in tourism marketing work and product development.
Our goal: to develop tourism service packages and marketing tools that go beyond the practices of the recent past and today. At the center of our development programs is social, economic and natural sustainability.
That is why we keep up-to-date with the latest international trends, the latest technological developments and, most importantly, taking into account the domestic possibilities, we can offer unique tools to individual tourism providers, service communities and individual attractions, for which we provide integrated product development and marketing for each tourist area where we work together.
In recent years, she worked as an employee of the international Green Destinations organisation, and is also the organization’s representative in Hungary. Her field of expertise is primarily sustainable tourism and destination management.
Mrs. Rita Simon Halász
She worked as a project manager of international projects for a long time at the University of Miskolc. Her field of expertise is environmental sustainability, reducing CO2 emissions.
As a practical tourism specialist, she has been helping the work of Innotime Hungary for a long time. She primarily works in the company’s research and marketing projects.
