What we provide...
Sustainable and data-driven tourism
Innotime Hungary Ltd. combines the professional aspects of sustainable tourism with data-driven planning and management. We support destinations and tourism businesses in developing their development and day-to-day operations that serve the interests of local communities, the preservation of natural and cultural values, the quality of services, and long-term economic viability. Our work is based on the practical and theoretical professional experience of our leading consultants, who have more than twenty years of experience.
We work with municipalities, destination management organizations, regional collaborations, and tourism enterprises. We translate sustainability goals into strategies based on research, actionable measures, and measurable results. Complex monitoring and digital decision support help ensure that development and performance assessments are based on systematically collected and interpretable data.
Sustainability goals, decisions based on data
We do not solely assess the performance of tourism based on traffic. Local economic relationships, the experiences of residents and visitors, environmental aspects, and service quality together form the assessment of the situation. We select data sources and indicators for research and monitoring that support the determination of development goals, the monitoring of interventions, and the recognition of necessary changes.
A strategy for sustainable development and a functioning organization
We develop urban and regional tourism development strategies, comprehensive development plans and action plans that take into account both the local characteristics and the long-term effects of tourism. To achieve these goals, we also assign the organizational prerequisites for implementation: we develop the operational and management model of destination management, clarify the tasks and responsibilities, and design the feedback of results into decisions.
Sustainable corporate operations, quality and efficiency
In consulting for businesses, we examine responsible resource management, service quality, and cost-effective operations together. We base development opportunities on the company’s data and actual operational practices, then support the development of quality assurance and the tracking of the results of changes. Preparing for international sustainability programs is one possible part of this work; it is not the sole purpose of sustainability consulting.
I-DEST: a digital framework for sustainable tourism
I-DEST is a sustainability-oriented complex tourism framework developed by Innotime Hungary. We build on its core to build standalone destination portals that connect visitor information with the professional tasks of sustainable and data-driven destination management. Content management and provider collaboration are complemented by self-evaluation, monitoring, and digital decision-support tools. The international I-DEST.com portal and the standalone destination systems share distinct usage possibilities within the same framework.
Joint work, internationally recognized Results
In 2026, Hargita County received the Green Destinations Silver Award, and Hévíz and Sárvár received the Bronze Award. All three destinations’ preparations were professionally supported by Innotime throughout the entire process. Our references provide a detailed presentation of the partner’s achievements and the work carried out by Innotime.
Let's talk about the next task
Would you plan for the sustainable development of your destination, make the organization’s management data-driven, or improve the operation of your business? We start our joint work with an overview of development goals, current practices, and available data. We adapt the content of consulting, strategic planning, and digital development to this.
Our Team
Our company was established in 2018, but our team has many decades of experience as a whole. What unites us, apart from the many fantastic projects, is the mission of the environmental, economic and social sustainability of tourism.
